Parents

It is my absolute privilege to be working with your child, and I want to make it abundantly clear that I value your opinion and my door will always be open to it.  I can offer your children the tools to become bright, well rounded students of English, but it is important to recognize the immense role that you play outside of the classroom to aid this pursuit.  I know your lives are busy and your time is valuable, but I encourage you to become active and engaged in what your son or daughter is learning so can not only help them, but learn along with them yourselves.  In fact, one of the great joys I reap in teaching is to learn something new each and everyday from my students and their work.  I will provide some recourses here for you that I believe may be useful, and I look forward to making your acquaintance.
